The role has been deemed Inside IR35 and will have Hybrid Working requiring 3 days in the office each week. As a member of the help desk team you will be the first point of contact for day to day IT office support issues and report in the IT Systems Architect Utilising your previous IT support experience you will support hardware, user creation/profile resets, basic systems administration and software troubleshooting.
