Ryan joined Spectrum IT in early 2014 in a Recruitment Consultant capacity focusing on the software engineering market across the Thames Valley and South East. He previously worked for an IT and Telecoms recruitment company operating largely in the Middle East.
Hailing from the Isle of Wight, Ryan commutes from the 'Island' into Southampton every morning for work.
He is an avid footballer, playing left back for Blackfield and Langley FC.
