2nd Line Telecoms Engineer

The role of a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will be to provide in-depth IT Support, managing incoming support requests via telephone & email, ensuring high standards are always provided. The ideal 2nd Line IT Engineer will ideally have experience supporting Hosted Telephony Solutions as well as general IT support.

The ideal candidate, will have experience across the following areas;

  • Experience in Microsoft environments, Microsoft 365 or similar
  • Cabling and Networking, including switches.
  • Hosted Telephony Solutions.
  • Routers and Firewalls such as WatchGuard.
  • Virtual & On-Prem servers


As you will be working as part of a team and will be in regular contact with my clients growing customer base then your communications, both written and verbal must be very strong.
