Our Net Promoter Score is
Net Promoter Score® / NPS® is an index ranging from -100 to 100. It measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company's products or services to others. An NPS that is higher than zero is felt to be good and an NPS above 50 is excellent. Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures the loyalty that exists between a provider and a consumer.
