Mowii Matthews

​Mowii joined Spectrum in early 2022 in our Isle of Wight office, after taking a couple of years out of recruitment. She missed the challenges you come across in the recruitment industry, and thinks there's not better feeling that pushing targets and excelling yourself!

When she's not working, she's normally surfing on the Isle of Wight. However, she has admitted she spends more time in the water than on the board - practice makes perfect though!
