1st Line Support Engineer - Entry Level

Job description

An entry level 1st line support engineer is required for a well-established medical services provider based in Southampton.

This role will see you play a pivotal part within a busy organisation where you'll be supporting in-house users on internal IT systems

This role is paying up to £21,000 DOE and is open to all candidates who have a can-do attitude and is willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to resolve technical issues at a 1st line level
  • Work within a small team to deliver a support function for internal users
  • PC and laptop deployments
  • User creation and administration

Required skills:

  • Any previous experience within a helpdesk function is ideal but not essential
  • Experience within a customer focused role is ideal
  • Keen to learn!
  • Any IT certifications (CompTIA etc) is a bonus
