Job description
An entry level 1st line support engineer is required for a well-established medical services provider based in Southampton.
This role will see you play a pivotal part within a busy organisation where you'll be supporting in-house users on internal IT systems
This role is paying up to £21,000 DOE and is open to all candidates who have a can-do attitude and is willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to resolve technical issues at a 1st line level
- Work within a small team to deliver a support function for internal users
- PC and laptop deployments
- User creation and administration
Required skills:
- Any previous experience within a helpdesk function is ideal but not essential
- Experience within a customer focused role is ideal
- Keen to learn!
- Any IT certifications (CompTIA etc) is a bonus
