2nd Line Support Engineer

Job description

A leading and high-profile global organisation with multiple business streams is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team.

This role will see you working in a small team where you'll be providing 2nd line support to internal customers and supporting 1st line technical teams.

This role is paying up to £30,000 DOE and comes with a range of benefits including.

The role of 2nd Line Support Engineer:

  • Act as an escalation point for all IT support enquires
  • Support internal users on a 2nd line level
  • Resolve hardware, software, network and mobile issues
  • Escalate support tickets where necessary
  • Manage and maintain mobile devices

The successful 2nd line support engineer will have experience in:

  • Windows 7 & 10
  • Windows server 2016/2019
  • SQL Server
  • Active Directory
  • TCP/IT (Routing, Switching)
  • Microsoft Office
