2nd Line Support Engineer

Job description

A 2nd line support engineer is required for a well-established company in Camberley within the operations team.

This role will see you play a pivotal part within a busy team where you'll be supporting external customers and in-house systems for a rapidly growing organisation.

This role is paying up to £40,000 DOE plus benefits including 25 days holiday + your birthday off, perkbox and great progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to resolve technical issues
  • Work within a small team to deliver a support function for internal and external customers
  • Provision new services

Required skills:

  • Experience working at a 2nd line level
  • Office 365 - essential
  • Microsoft windows server
  • VMware
  • Hyper-V
  • Any experience of Azure and/or VoIP technologies would be a distinct advantage
