Summary
Exciting opportunity for a Infrastructure Engineer to work across Infrastructure, Network, Desktop and Business Applications.
You will be responsible for various areas of the IT environment as well as providing third line support for any tickets escalated from the service delivery team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates closely with the Service Delivery and Application teams to ensure escalated incidents and requests are resolved to meet business requirements.
- Assisting with troubleshooting as well as improving our Windows 10/11 and Windows Server stack from 2016>,
- You have experience working with M365/O365 products. Ideally, experience in supporting users across Exchange Online and any experience with SharePoint or Teams is also highly beneficial
- You have a good understanding of basic Networking concepts
- Work with the IS Security team to implement solutions that meet cyber security maturity against agreed business risk appetite
- You have experience with hardware support, including PC, Laptops, Tablets, Phones, and Printers
Knowledge
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft operating system stack from Windows 2012>.
- Technical knowledge of datacentre technologies including VMware Vsphere 6.7>.
- Microsoft Active Directory / AzureAD Technical experience.
- Experience of working in a multi-sited, multi time zone, multi lingual organisation would be advantageous.
- DR / Backup technologies such as Veeam / Zerto.
- Microsoft O365 Technologies.
- Powershell experience would be advantageous.
