3rd Line Support Technician
Remote working - Must be UK based
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 + benefits
My client is currently looking for a talented and motivated 3rd Line Support Technician to join an industry leading company across a time of exciting growth. You would be joining a team of IT engineers providing remote and telephone support for small and medium enterprise customers. As part of the role, you will be acting as the escalation point for hard to solve issues; whilst also acting as a mentor to the 1st line support team through knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Proven 3rd line experience
- Windows Server - various versions
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- O365
- Networking
- Virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Wireless systems
