3rd Line Support Engineer - Salary up to £45k DOE - Microsoft Gold Partner!

We are looking for an experienced 3rd line support engineer to join a highly driven and busy helpdesk team. You will be working within an MSP who are a Microsoft gold partner work who are expanding rapidly. You'll take on a pivotal role where you'll be supporting over 100 clients at a 3rd line level focused on Microsoft technologies.

The salary for this role is up to £45,000 DOE and comes with a wide range of benefits including company profit share scheme and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Microsoft technology focussed 3rd line support to customers
  • Work within a small team to solve problems
  • Engage with customers to help provide technical solutions

Required skills:

  • Experience in a customer facing environment
  • Microsoft Windows Servers
  • LANs / WANs, Firewalls and VPNs
  • Virtualization (Hyper-V)
  • O365 migrations
