3rd Line Support Engineer
Remote Working (Office is based in Eastleigh)
£37,000 - £45,000

My client, based in Eastleigh is looking to add a 3rd Line Support Engineer to their small but highly technical team. The role can be fully remote, although you are welcome to work from the office in Eastleigh if you wanted. You will be supporting multiple sites after a recent acquisition.

Skills and Experience:
· Windows
· Active Directory
· Understanding of Azure or AWS or GCP
· VMWare
· Firewalls (ideally Cisco ASA but any mainstream firewall experience will be considered)
· Cisco Networking - standard routing, VLAN, Trunking etc
· SQL - basic skills - failover cluster manager
· Hardware - any, HP, DELL etc - build experience a bonus
· SD-Wan - highly beneficial

Upcoming Projects
· Switch Replacements
· Change of back-up platform
· Build of Azure desktop environment going live in October
· Moving from local Cisco Voice Manager to Cloud Based Systems
· Moving of their Citrix environment

My client are a huge promoter of training and development and the Hiring Manager is keen on keeping up to date in Azure / Cloud etc and you will be supported on this journey.
