We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a thriving Software Solutions business in a time of growth. The Data Analyst 3rd Line Support engineer will join a skilled team in support clients both onsite and remotely.
This is an office-based position; either in the Kent based office; or on local client sites - a company car is provided for this position.
Requirements:
- O365 / Azure
- Hyper-V / VMware
- Active Directory
- Exchange online
- Backup / Disaster recovery monitoring and solutions
- Networking - IP based network infrastructure, firewalls, routers, VPNs, and switches
