3rd Line Technical Support Engineer - Southampton - £45,000 - £55,000

Dynamics NAV, Business Central, SQL

An excellent client is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central Support Engineer to join their growing team to provide 3rd line support. This is an excellent opportunity for a support professional to demonstrate their detailed knowledge and experience of Business Central/Dynamics NAV within this key department in the company. Ultimately, supporting colleagues and ensuring that our customers are happy.

Skills required:

  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central knowledge in a support capacity
  • SQL
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • In depth finance knowledge
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills

Beneficial skills:

  • Accounting background
  • Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of C/AL or .NET programming
  • Knowledge of installations or configurations
