Agile Coach - Basingstoke - Up to £70k
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within one of the most exciting new tech start-ups based in Basingstoke for an Agile Coach. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Agile practitioner to support the creation of a practice that will promote modern agile principles.
The salary for this role is up to £70,000 and working from their office could be as little as 2 days a month. Alongside the salary a wide range of benefits including an annual bonus, private health care, 25 days holiday, stock options and an 8% pension. Travel and accommodation cost could also be cover for candidates further afield in the UK.
You will work within a highly intellectual organisation who develop innovative and complex solutions focusing solving real word issues surrounding consumer data privacy. This role will see you coach the business on ways of working and how to get the best out of practises. You will also be helping to support the scaled delivery structure and contribute to its evolution.
Responsibilities:
- Coach the business on ways of working with Agile, Kanban and XP
- Support the scaled delivery structure and contribute to the evolution of the framework
- Facilitate events for the team
- Support the creation of a practise that promotes modern agile principles
The successful candidate will have the following experience and characteristics:
- Passionate about Agile and progressive elaboration
- Keen to learn and always seeking ways on how to improve
- Experience working with and contributing to Agile teams in a software environment
- Scrum, XP, Agile and Kanban
