Application Support Analyst

Job description

A leading organisation operating within the logistics sector is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team in Southampton.

This role will see you working within a first-line support function where you'll be supporting business-critical applications. This is a great opportunity for an experienced support analyst who is looking to specialise and work in application support.

This role is paying up to £35,000 with excellent benefits.

Role requirements:

  • Provide first-line support for a large number of applications
  • Create and maintain documentation and training materials
  • Work closely with the Application support manager and helpdesk team

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience within an application or generalised support function
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with ticket management systems (Fresh Service etc)
