A leading organisation operating within the logistics sector is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their team in Southampton.
This role will see you working within a first-line support function where you'll be supporting business-critical applications. This is a great opportunity for an experienced support analyst who is looking to specialise and work in application support.
This role is paying up to £35,000 with excellent benefits.
Role requirements:
- Provide first-line support for a large number of applications
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials
- Work closely with the Application support manager and helpdesk team
Required skills and experience:
- Experience within an application or generalised support function
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with ticket management systems (Fresh Service etc)
