Application Support Analyst

Exciting opportunity for an experience support analyst to join an excellent clients team based in London. Our client is an established financial technology company with several office here in the UK and overseas and are looking for a talented support analyst to join a small team of 5 based in London. You will be expected to work from the office 5-10 days per month and can work remotely for the remaining days. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver outstanding service to our client's customers by resolving faults, providing technical support, and troubleshooting.

Skills and experience required:

  • 5+ years' experience of providing customer service and application support
  • Database knowledge - SQL Server preferred, SQL Scripts
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar preferred
  • Strong technical background
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
