Applications Support Analyst - Freight Forwarding - Up to £40,000
A fast-growing international freight management client of ours is looking for an Applications Support Analyst to join their team based in their Braintree office in Essex.
If you are a support engineer from a transport management/hauler/FMCG background, then look no further!
To keep up with the rapidly increasing demand for international freight and goods transportation, our client requires an Application Support Analyst to a driven individual with strong communication skills with good experience in end-to-end application support.
Key Objectives:
- Application Support for the Freight forwarding system
- Knowledge of EDI/API integration
- Support the software and process lifecycle
- Identify improvements with existing solutions and productivity tools (M365, Power BI, Flow, SharePoint)
Experience:
- Freight forwarding/transportation management background highly desirable
- Analyzing user problems/requirements
- Development/support of solutions used for commercial business processes
- Exposure to IT frameworks for Service Delivery and Project Management
This role is offering a salary of up to £40,000, along with a number of generous benefits.
