Application Support Engineer - Fleet - £40,000 - £50,000
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced application support engineer to join one of our best clients support teams based in Fleet, Hampshire. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years commercial experience working with bespoke applications and will be confident with SQL. You will join an already established team so will be given the opportunity to expand your skill set further.

Responsibilities:
- investigation of issues logged by customers and recommending resolution
- Liaise with Development staff to accurately resolve any issues
- Develop, maintain and extend business, product & technical knowledge
- Manage and maintain the accuracy and status of tickets logged
Key Skills:
- Strong Technical Support experience
- Data knowledge
- SQL Server, SQL Scripting
- Dynamics 365 knowledge (beneficial)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent and confident interpersonal and communication skills
