Cloud Software Applications

* Fareham + hybrid remote working options (1-2 days per week)
* £30,000 to £35,000

The role
We have an exciting opportunity to join an established SaaS company as an Application Support Engineer supporting Cloud-based SaaS applications. The company role would ideally suit a Product, Software or Application Support Engineer looking to support high-tech applications in a technology driven environment.

As an Application Support Engineer your role will be fundamental in supporting customers with queries related to the software platform and products. Utilising problem-solving skills and technical skills you'll be reporting, prioritising, analysing and resolving faults and providing fixes for customers. This company offers a friendly collaborative environment, progression opportunities and structured training on new technology.

Requirements:
* Prior experience in an IT, Product or Application Support Environment
* Great customer service skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
* A passion for solving complex problems and the ability to learn new skills quickly
* Strong communicator, able to work effectively in a team environment

Desirable:
* Experience working with SQL
* 2 years+ commercial experience in an Application, Software or Product support role
