Job description
An experience Business Analyst is required to join a Customs Clearance Software provider and work on an exciting new project at the heart of their digital transformation strategy.
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a Customs background to:
- Plan, Design & Implement business requirements activities across the full project and software development life cycle.
- Gather, analyse, document and elicit business requirements for project, request of change and work request delivery.
- Compile reports on findings, complete with probable causes and solutions to application and system issues
- Provide customs specialist knowledge to support project delivery
The successful Business Analyst will have:
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Customs affairs ie, Import, Export, Declarations and Customs clearance.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience of JIRA and Confluence
- Experience of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Based in Southampton, with remote working options, this Business Analyst role is paying £45,000, 10% Bonus, 25 days holiday, 6% Pension, Life Assurance, Medical, Free Parking and more.
