Software Sales Executive - 1+ years experience

  • £30,000 to £45,000 + OTE

We have a range of new opportunities for Sales & Business Development professionals to join a dynamic software company entering in to a very exciting phase of growth and market expansion.

The company is branching out in to new territory, exploring new markets and looking for Business Development Assistants to research & document new target customers, making initial contact and qualifying customers as potential new business partners.

This provides a great opportunity for ambitious and talented sales consultants with the drive and enthusiasm for rapid career growth and professional development. Supported by a successful senior management team and a BDM you will be responsible for identifying new customers and working collaboratively with the business development team to create new revenue opportunities for the business.

Required levels of skills & experience:

  • 1+ years of B2B Sales experience within a SaaS software environment
  • Goal oriented to meet key performance metrics
  • Great understanding of B2B sales
  • Can work individually and self-managing among competing demands
  • Must be energetic, determined and pragmatic

Salary & Benefits:

The company are keen to reward successful BD execs with a competitive salary and commission package. Rewards include up to 50% OTE, career development, training and professional career development.

Basic salaries range from £25,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience. The company has a generous commission structure with up to +50% OTE dependent on experience and performance.

The company offer remote and home working options with a view to regular meet-ups at their HQ in Southampton, Hampshire.
