Job description
Spectrum IT's Southampton client are a commercial business development company who are looking to recruit a Contract 3rd Line Support Engineer to join them on an initial 6 month contract. This is an INSIDE IR35 role with "hybrid" working. Candidates for this role will need to be from Southampton or the surrounding areas due to office commutability.
Required:
- Windows OS (10 and 2019 primarily)
- VMware
- O365 (preferably including Azure AD and Intune)
- BAU Escalations from 1st/2nd Line - these cover all aspects of day-to-day IT
- Cisco Networking
Desirable:
- Ubiquiti Networking (point-to-point wireless links)
- Fortinet Firewalls
- Citrix
- PowerShell
This role will be based within the companies Southampton head office and will require occasional travel to other local Southacoast sites depending on the required support tasks - Expenses for travel to other sites will be paid and access to a car/being able to drive will be crucial.
