Spectrum IT's Southampton client are looking to recruit a Contract IT Support Analyst /Administrator to join their busy team and provide additional BAU support to the Business Analysis teams. This is an OUTSIDE IR35 role based in the Southampton office, the role can be hybrid working after an initial 4-week induction period.
Candidates for this role will have good experience supporting BAU aspects of a business from an IT support perspective as well as working closely with other business units such as the BA team. You will take a proactive and problem-solving centric role contributing to process mapping, documenting processes and testing / fixing broken EDI messaging.
