Customer Marketing Executive

Excellent opportunity for an experienced customer marketing executive to join an excellent clients team based in Fleet, Hampshire. The successful Marketing Executive will be expected to plan and execute marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer marketing. You will be joining a small but very successful marketing team of 6 and this role will report into the Growth Marketing Manager.

The is a hybrid working role and you will be expected to work from the Fleet office 2 days a week. As well a competitive salary our client offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes a bonus scheme.

Skills required:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Marketing delivering campaigns across multiple channels
  • Plan and execute campaigns with a strong focus on customer marketing
  • Experience of working in B2B tech, regtech or fintech would be preferred
  • Proven ability to drive customer advocacy through campaign activity
  • Design and delivery of referral marketing and loyalty programs in the fintech space
  • The ability to recognise and understand customer pain points and turn that knowledge into content
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and touch points
  • Previous use of marketing platforms such as HubSpot

  • Great communicator with strong writing skills
  • You should have a creative mindset and understand the importance of data to drive decision-making
  • Good stakeholder management and influencing ability
  • Good time management and organisational skills
