Desktop Support Engineer - Offering up to £35k

Join the fasted growing MSP on the South Coast - Microsoft, Lenovo, and Acronis Partner!

Our client is looking for Desktop Engineer to join their successful and growing team, to support customers all across Hampshire, Sussex, and Dorset!

This position is open to a Microsoft 365 Certified engineer based within the Portsmouth region that is ready to take on a new challenge and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular travelling to customer sites.
  • Onsite technical support to issues with networking and server devices
  • Technical escalation point for tickets
  • Ensuring all customer support requests are completed in line with SLAs

Requirements:

  • MD-100 & MD-101 - Completing or looking to complete
  • Hands-on experience installing Network and Server infrastructure
  • Previous 2nd/3rd line support experience
  • Working in a service desk environment
  • Strong communication skills

Desirable:

  • Other IT Certifications
  • Cloud Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
  • Windows Server, Cisco, VMWare

This role is offering a salary up to £35,000 including a generous benefits package of 25 days holiday, company laptop, with many opportunities for progression and growth!
