Graduate Software Support Engineer

Graduate Software Support Engineer required to join a rapidly expanding automation software company based in Reading, Berkshire. Due to planned growth the company are looking to add another Graduate Support Engineer to their existing team.

This person will work alongside the Development team and will be able to develop and improve their programming knowledge in a technical support role with the view of progressing into a Software development position.

This position could suit a strong Graduate looking to break into the software industry.

Essential experience:

• 1st or 2:1 degree in Science, Engineering or Maths
• A/B Grade in Maths A-level
• Knowledge of at least one programming language: C#, C++, Java or JavaScript would be preferred but the company are happy to consider others

Any experience in the following would be advantageous:

• PLCs
• 3D modelling
• CAD software
