IT Service Desk Analyst (2nd line) - Basingstoke

Exciting opportunity for a 2nd line IT Service Desk Analyst to join a growing technology company based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The individual would join a support team offering good progression into 3rd line/Infrastructure.

Due to the location of the company, a driving license and own transport is an essential requirement.

Experience in the following is required:

  • Experience working on a service desk providing 2nd line support
  • Windows Desktop environments
  • Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products
  • Basic Network knowledge - LAN, WAN, TCP/IP etc
