2nd Line Support Analyst

Winchester + 3 days remote

£28,000 to £32,000 with bonus + on-call allowance

This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join an established business supporting the company's customers on a range of technical issues. The company are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to become part of their team supporting users of the company's applications and infrastructure.

This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced 1st line engineer looking to step up to 2nd line or an established 2nd line support engineer looking to step up into a role with more responsibility in a dynamic and technically challenging environment. The company are going through a period of growth and transformation and this role would offer plenty of training and progression opportunities.

The position offers scope for progression, training opportunities, an excellent company culture and a starting salary up to £32,000 based on experience.

Skill Requirements

  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Windows 10
  • Office 365 support

Nice to have's

  • Exposure to network support
  • Prior experience in a 2nd Line support position

The company are working to a hybrid approach so you will be in the office twice a week and from home 3 days per week.
