IT Support Engineer / Technician
near Poole, Dorset with flexibility with remote working
Salary £37,000 per annum plus benefits
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer / Technician to join a well-known privately owned telecommunications company based near Poole in Dorset.
My client provides a range of telecommunications products including virtual landlines, managed VoIP telephony, 4G data and hardware sales for the small, medium and corporate businesses space.
This is an IT Support Engineer role helping to support end users with their hardware/software/network issues. The work is varied and broad and will include everything from creating and maintaining IT support policy procedures and covering first and second line IT support.
You will need to have at least 3 years' experience within a support role and be able to demonstrate experience as follows...
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Networking experience
- Knowledge of Telecoms / VoIP
- Any knowledge of SIP and PortaOne (or other VoIP would be advantageous)
- A natural problem solving ability and willingness to learn
- Able to communicate with staff at all levels
My client are able to offer an attractive salary with benefits including flexibility on remote working. Ideally you will be based in Dorset as there will be a requirement to come into the office when required.
