A Lead Developer / Senior JavaScript Developer opportunity for a leading digital marketplace business who are growing rapidly due to investment and increased demand for their products.. Their platform is developed using JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript and Microservices architecture, with teams split into Agile squads working on Greenfield products.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar technical background, however those with solely React or Node experience will be considered. The business has Lead Developer and Senior Developer opportunities available. Those applying for the Lead Developer position would ideally demonstrate prior experience of Technical Leadership or being a hands-on Lead Developer.
This is a great opportunity to join a talented, growing team promoting a collaborative and friendly environment. The business can offer fully remote working but do have offices in the south and north of the country.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Lead or Senior Developer level position
- Experience of Technical leadership is highly desirable
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6/7)
- Commercial experience with Node.js and/or React.js
- Good understanding of the Full software development lifecycle
- Good understanding of coding principles and best practices (SOLID)
- Agile, SCRUM understanding
