Job description
Linux Systems Administrator required by a forward thinking software company. Due to planned expansion the company is looking to hire a Linux Systems Administrator to join their existing DevOps team working in a highly technical but relaxed environment.
Fully remote working.
The role would suit a Linux Sys Admin looking to move into a more DevOps focused environment.
Essential experience;
- Ability to build, deploy and support Linux servers
- Linux eg Debian, CentOS
- Database knowledge, ideally PostgreSQL
- Networking
- JIRA
Any experience in the following is not essential but would be advantageous;
- Microservices
- Service-oriented architecture
- AWS
- Kubernetes
- Virtualisation - VMWare, vSphere
