Product Manager / Owner

Chichester (near Portsmouth, Gosport, Bognor Regis) with remote working

We are working with one of the fastest growing online tech services company who are looking to grow their internal IT team and as such have a unique opportunity for a Product Owner / Manager to work closely with UI & UX testing, customer support and QA and development.

This is a fantastic time for a Product Manager / Owner to help bridge the gap between development and product management and delivery. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full product lifecycle from business case to launch and helping to optimise existing products and innovating new. You will closely within the growing Agile development team, sales and customer service teams to expand products and customer base.


  • Adding immediate value with previous expertise in reviewing and improving software and making changes to improve efficiencies and growth.
  • Analyse, design and implement improvements to form flows and customer experiences
  • Managing deliverable workflow for our team of developers
  • Management of external services and api's
  • Stimulating future growth of the business through product innovation and helping the founders with long term technical strategic planning


  • At least 5 years experience performing Product management/owner tasks demonstrating previous success.
  • Decision making and problem-solving.
  • Optimisation UX including website architecture and form flows
  • Experience in split testing and analysis of results.
  • To work at a fast-pace and manage requirements from concept to deployment
  • Software architecture & management is useful
  • Tech stack experience/basic understanding preferred but not essential
