Product trainer - Manufacturing software
- Up to £44,000 + Strong benefits package
- Remote working with monthly visits to Isle of Wight based office
- Manufacturing plant information management systems
I'm working with a global software company providing cutting edge manufacturing plant information systems to companies across the world. They have an exciting new opportunity for a product trainer to join the business on a primarily remote basis. You'll be a key part in designing, building and delivering training courses and content both internally and to customers across the globe. This role is mainly remote based but may require some travel across the UK or internationally to customer sites.
Responsibilities:
- Creating new course content and strengthing existing course content
- Developing training curricula and schedules
- Maintaining user manuals
- Presneting online training solutions and leading online training sessions
- Visting customer sites to deliver face to face training content
- Evaluate customer training requirements
- Monitor support calls and the company forum to identify educational opportunities
Desirable skills/qualifications:
- Certification of training confidence (CPLP)
- Delivering demos in customer meetings and marketing events
- Background of delivering courses in IT and Process Automation
- Background in IT and/or Process Automation
- Background in Microsoft technologies general concepts, setup and configuration
- Cyber security general concepts
