The company are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Project Co-coordinator to support the in-house Engineering team. The role is ideal for someone with experience working with software delivery teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery across the software development life cycle.
Key Responsibilities::
- Develop and maintain accurate delivery schedules.
- Facilitate refinement meetings to capture business requirements and technical estimates.
- Understand business expectations and integrate them into the delivery plan.
- Work with Engineering team stakeholders to create and maintain a robust delivery road map.
- Work closely with all members of the delivery life cycle to track technical progress and support teams.
- Assist the Development Manager in resolving blockers or challenges as they arise.
- Proactively identify resource constraints and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date records to ensure business quality standards are met for all production releases.
- Coordinate feedback sessions and implement improvements based on quality reviews.
- Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely updates.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, technical summaries, and completion updates
- Address concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Identify potential delivery risks and technical challenges early on.
- Track and resolve issues promptly, coordinating with relevant teams to minimise impact.
- Monitor project health and escalate significant risks or delays.
Qualifications and Experience - Essential:
- Experience working within a technical team (preferably in a software team).
- Proven experience in delivery management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience - Desirable:
- Project Management certification (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Prince2).
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
