QA Manager - Basingstoke - Up to £75k
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within one of the most exciting new tech start-ups based in Basingstoke for a QA Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experience QA/Testing professional to grow a team!
The salary for this role is up to £75,000 and working from their office could be as little as 2 days a month. Alongside the salary a wide range of benefits including an annual bonus, private health care, 25 days holiday, stock options and an 8% pension. Travel and accommodation cost could also be cover for candidates further afield in the UK.
You will work with a highly intellectual team on innovative and complex solutions focusing solving real word issues surrounding consumer data privacy. This role will see you leading a small team where you'll be involved in providing insight from a quality and test perspective to the wider engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to a small QA team
- Focus on delivery and provide QA and testing insights to the wider business
- Help drive change
- Ensure QA function is aligned with SDLC activities
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- TDD/BDD environment
- Leading team members
- Agile / Kanban
- Designing building and deploying QA capabilities
This role is also located 2 minutes from Basingstoke train station so is easily accessible via public transport.
