Job description
Scrum Master required by a growing FinTech company based in Guildford, Surrey. The company are going through a large growth phase within their development team and are now looking for a Scrum Master to join in a brand-new role as a servant leader within one of the Scrum teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Scrum team follows the values and practices of Scrum
- Coach the team to ensure that they are performing at the highest level possible
- Be a servant leader, ensuring the teams highest priorities are met
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Improve the teams use of Scrum and technical skills
Experience required:
- Key influencer in past Agile transformations
- Background of uncovering and understanding the business need for agility
- Experience of helping teams identify and track KPI's that serve their ability to succeed
- Previous experience in a client facing environment
- Technical background with knowledge of Microsoft development technologies (.NET)
