Senior C++ Software Engineer
£70,000 - £80,000 + benefits
Remote Working - 1 day per month in Salisbury, Wiltshire
An exciting fintech start-up company require a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join the expanding development team. The role is offering fully remote working with 1 day per month commuting to Salisbury, Wiltshire. This Senior C++ Software Engineer will be working closely with the CTO to work on greenfield projects with progression opportunities into a lead role as the teams to grow. The Senior C++ Software Engineer will be working on a cloud-based platform hosted platform using serverless architecture. Our client is looking for someone who has strong experience writing C++ and have a methodical approach to software development and be able to right code which is right by design and well documented.
Our client does not require experience in financial services therefore can consider C++ Software Engineers form any industry, but they must have the aptitude and interest to learn the sector. The successful Software Engineer will have experience in the following areas.
Essential Skills
- C++ development experience in a commercial environment (minimum 3 years)
- Deep understanding of how to write secure, high-quality code.
- Ability to work with the CTO on architectural design.
- Knowledge of design patterns
- Degree of equivalent in a technical subject
