Senior / Lead Web Developer
- HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, LESS / SASS
- Salary £35,000 - £45,000 plus benefits
- Chichester, West Sussex office. Hybrid working (3 days in the office 2 from home)
We are seeking a talented Senior / Lead Web Developer to join a growing digital marketing and web development team working on an award-winning web sites and web services.
You will bring at least 3 years web development experience, working on multiple development projects preferably within an agency environment.
As the Senior / Lead Developer you will oversee the company's technical team and all projects that they undertake, analyse briefs, write progress reports, identify risk and develop work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team
- Delegation of tasks and achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Liaising with team members, other departments, managements and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
