Job description
Senior Software Developer required by an established software company in Oxford.
The company is looking for a Senior Software Developer to play a crucial role in driving the development of their cloud based products.
This will be a hands-on role, involving client and server-side web development, Kubernetes and related technologies. The Senior Software Developer will work closely with Senior Developers and other members of the software team to deliver complex products to customers.
The Senior Software Developer should have proven experience in a Senior Developer or hands on Software Architect capacity and will have strong technical skills in Java, Spring and associated technologies.
Key experience
- Java web application development
- Spring
- JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- DevOps - Docker, Kubernetes etc
- SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Agile
Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous but is not essential
- React or similar framework
- NoSQL databases
- AWS
- Azure
- Software architecture
- Customer facing experience - requirements gathering etc
