Senior Software Developer - NodeJS
A freight solutions company, based in Berkshire is seeking a Senior Software Developer - NodeJS to join their existing IT Development Department to lead on a major re-platforming project.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Software Developer who would like to cross train and learn NodeJS to come into the business and play a key role in guiding the business through a major re-platforming.
This is a varied role and as a Senior Software Developer - NodeJS you will:
- Creation of clear, high quality, tested and documented code
- Communicate and document design decisions
- Task planning, estimation and delivery
- Deploy, support and maintain production systems
- Contribute to system architecture
The successful Senior Software Developer - NodeJS will have experience with:
- At least five years of software development experience
- Experience of working in a distributed/remote team
- Solid track record of delivering high quality software solutions
- Experience in Backend development - Ideally Node OR C#.NET
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure to Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
The role of Senior Software Developer - NodeJS is paying up to £100,000 plus benefits.
