Job description
A Service Desk Engineer is required for a well-established MSP based on the outskirts of Basingstoke.
This role will see you play a pivotal part within a busy team where you'll be supporting external customers on a 2nd and 3rd line basis for a rapidly growing organisation.
This role is paying up to £38,000 DOE plus benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to resolve technical issues
- Troubleshooting issues via phone, email, or onsite visits
- Work within a small team to deliver a support function for external customers
- Escalate incidents where necessary to the relevant support teams
Required skills:
- Microsoft windows server
- VMware
- Experience working within a Hyper-V environment
- Office 365
- Any experience of Azure would be a distinct advantage
