Service Desk Manager

Job description

A leading and high-profile global organisation with multiple business streams is looking for a Service Desk Manager to join their team.

This role will see you working in a highly dynamic fluid environment and see you leading a team of 10 within a service delivery function. This role will see you taking responsibility for future deign of the service operations function of the business.

This role is paying up to £50,000 DOE + up to a 20% bonus and comes with a range of benefits.

The role of Service Desk Manager:

  • Identify service needs
  • Manage a small team of up to 10 members
  • Manage the full lifecycle of service desk operations
  • Develop the efficiency of the service desk

The successful Service Desk Manager will have experience in:

  • Managing a team within a service operations function
  • Incident management
  • Change and problem resolution
  • Process change
  • Service strategy and design
