A leading and high-profile global organisation with multiple business streams is looking for a Service Desk Manager to join their team.
This role will see you working in a highly dynamic fluid environment and see you leading a team of 10 within a service delivery function. This role will see you taking responsibility for future deign of the service operations function of the business.
This role is paying up to £50,000 DOE + up to a 20% bonus and comes with a range of benefits.
The role of Service Desk Manager:
- Identify service needs
- Manage a small team of up to 10 members
- Manage the full lifecycle of service desk operations
- Develop the efficiency of the service desk
The successful Service Desk Manager will have experience in:
- Managing a team within a service operations function
- Incident management
- Change and problem resolution
- Process change
- Service strategy and design
