Job description
Hands on Software Development Manager required by an established company located near Portsmouth. The role would be predominantly remote based with the requirement to visit the office once or twice a month.
The Software Development Manager will be tasked with managing an established team (five people) consisting of C# Software Developers and SQL Database Developers. This will be a varied role incorporating hands on programming (C#, .NET Core, WCF, WPF), architecture & design, and technical leadership. The Software Development Manager will act as Scrum Master in the team's daily stand up.
The Software Development Manager should have proven experience of full life cycle software product development from inception through to delivery. The Software Development Manager will play an integral part in the development of a new software product.
