Technical account manager
- Flexible working arrangements - Whiteley, 1 day per week
- Up to £40,000 + bonus, healthcare, and pension

I'm working with a well-established bespoke software development company based in Whiteley. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a technical account manager to join their team of consultants and developers. They develop critical infrastructure in service provisioning, transaction processing and systems integration in the UK and globally.
The technical account manager is the key customer interface, embedding themselves within the clients business to truly understand their needs and goals. You'll then relay this info to the technical teams and ensure that they are delivering the perfect product.
Key Skills/responsibilities:
- Able to build strong customer relationships
- Hosting well structured service reviews with clients
- Educate customers on product offerings and capabilities
- Negotiate new contracts and renewal of existing contracts
- Act at the point of contact for pre and post sales activities
- Provide clients with SLA and progress reports
- Take the initiative in identify and capitalising on growth opportunities
Beneficial skills/experience:
- A technical background/experience or degree
- Knowledge of cable/satellite industry technology
- Prior experience working with Multi service operators
- A background in telecoms technology
