Technical Lead, Lead Developer, Senior Developer
- C#, .Net Core, TDD, Elastic Search
- Full Time Remote Working - UK only

We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented Technical Development Lead to join one of the UK's most recognisable consumer brands with a fantastic reputation for supporting its customers through engaging digital services.

The team are working on a range of solutions from high traffic public facing websites and API integration to large & complex business systems operating significant amounts of data. Work is varied, challenging and requires some deep level thinking and problem solving.
Scope of the Role:
- Influence technical decisions, designs to meet the business requirements
- Influence process improvements
- Oversee the team and help remove impediments
- Mentor the developers to support them with delivering against personal, team goals & initiatives
Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience in .Net Core, C#, SQL Server and working with containers
- Experience of working in a Test-Driven Development (TDD) development environment.
- Extensive experience with Elastic Search
- Elastic Search Query DSL
- Elastic Search mapping optimising for performance
- High-performance ingestion of data into Elastic Search
- Agile / Scrum
Other useful experience, training provided in these areas so they are non essential:
- GCP / Google Cloud
- CI/CD pipelines
- Event-based architecture
