Senior Test Engineer / Developer in Test
Automation Testing, Selenium, C#, BDD, TDD, Agile
Hampshire: Southampton area + 2-3 days working from home each week.
A great opportunity for a Senior Test Analyst / Developer in Test to join a global business offering excellent benefits, modern offices and scope for progression. The Senior Test Analyst will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the company's growing test team and focus on performing automation testing and modernising their Automation framework.
The key technical skills are based around Web testing and Automation testing using Selenium, SpecFlow, C# so experience in a similar environment is essential, and previous experience of setting up automation frameworks is highly desirable.
The business are highly collaborative with Development and QA teams based from their office in Hampshire. The Senior Test Analyst will remain hands-on in testing a number of key software products through the full lifecycle following Agile and Waterfall processes.
Essential Skills and Experience:
At least 3 years of commercial experience in Software testing, with demonstrable skills in following areas;
- Automation testing experience using; Selenium or similar automation tools
- Strong C# coding skills
- Previous experience working alongside Software Developers
- Commercial experience of working in Agile, SCRUM teams
- The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of a business
Beneficial skills:
- Commercial experience in a Lead role
- Mobile testing
- Performance testing
Salary based on experience from £40,000 - £55,000 + excellent benefits
The company's offices are commutable from Southampton, Winchester, Fareham, Basingstoke and offer onsite parking and the option to work from home 2-3 days per week.
