UX Designer - UX, JavaScript, UI

A very exciting opportunity to join a progressive tech company based in West Sussex. The company deals with the marketing, pricing and purchase of thousands of damaged and end of life vehicles every month. We are the fastest growing company in our sector and we have seen rapid growth over the past 4 years.

We focus on lead generation and develop our own products and tools to provide a first-rate user experience and allow us to process over 50,000 enquiries each month. We promote an excellent company culture and working environment with modern offices.

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our in-house product team. You will be responsible for all steps of our UX process, from ideation to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Multi skilled UX Expert - with a 360 degree approach who has worked as part of a smaller team, who will:

• Ensure creative consistency and enhance engagement throughout the customer journey
• Ability to conduct usability tests to ensure that any material produced is fit for purpose and optimises user experience
• Own the design of the user experience from initial interaction with the company to signing on to the system, from creation to implementation
• Thorough knowledge of the strategic and design brand guidelines ensuring that all assets are presented in a consistent, coherent fashion
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver customer experiences that are creative, useful and align with technical and brand standards
• Find creative ways to simplify complex UI problems, testing and validating hypothesis where possible
• Work to develop a consistent and engaging UI of the software and content alongside the marketing, sales, operations and development teams
• Generating ideas with team members and offering innovative solutions
• Recommend and execute improvements to the UI and UX of the brand
• Stay up to date with competitor trends and UX best practice
• Producing static and dynamic designs as necessary, that any stakeholder can interact
