UX Specialist
Remote working flexibility
Salary £55,000 - £60,000 plus benefits
We are working with one of the fastest growing online tech services companies who are looking to grow their internal IT team and as such have a unique opportunity for a UX Specialist to work closely with customer support, QA and development.
This is a fantastic time for a UX Specialist to work within my client's in-house product team. You will be responsible for all steps of the UX process from ideation to implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure creative consistency and enhance engagement throughout the customer journey
- Ability to conduct usability tests to make sure material produced is fit for purpose
- Own the design of the user experience from initial interaction with the company to signing on to the system, from creation to implementation.
- Knowledge of the strategic and design brand guidelines ensuring that all assets are presented in a consistent fashion
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver customer experiences that are creative, useful and align with technical and brand standards
- Find creative ways to simplify complex UI problems, testing and validating hypothesis where possible
- Generating ideas with team members and offering innovative solutions
- Recommend and execute improvements to the UI and UX of the brand
Key Skills Required:
- PUX
- Form Optimisation
- CRO
- UX
- Understanding of web technology including JavaScript, CSS and HTML skills
- UI design
Beneficial:
- Adobe creative cloud - Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Experience in adding content via a CMS such as WordPress
- UU Design skills
- Figma Prototyping
