.Net Team Lead
Worcester
£35,000 to £42,000
.Net Team Lead required by a leading software development company based in Worcester. They have a large presence across the UK and Europe, their support and development make them a truly diverse organisation who can offer a range of services and products to insurance companies across the UK and Europe. As a .Net Team Lead you will be looking after approx. 9 people with the back-up of the Chief Technology Officer.
Responsibilities:-
· Mentoring Teams (Please make sure this is clearly outlined in your CV)
· People Management - 80%
· Hands on Technical Development - 20%
· Identifying training areas and agreeing individual development plans
· Supply skilled resource into the multiple Scrum delivery teams
· Setting clear objectives, carrying out regular reviews and annual appraisals
· Advocating software development best practice
The person:-
· Background in hands on software development
· Practical coaching experience
· Good understanding of software architecture and design
· Previous team management of diverse technical team
· Customer Relationship Management skills
· Deep knowledge of internet technologies, web design / deployment principles
Qualifications:-
· Scrum qualification would be advantageous
· CMMi certification would be advantageous
· ITIL certification would be advantageous
· Professional Development accreditations would be advantageous
